Thailand Copyright Act B.E.2537 (1994) shares similarity with the U.S. copyright. It protects all those works created in Thailand and the creator of the work must be Thai. For more information you can read it

And for the Fair Use Guidelines for Teacher in Thailand, Wipo conducted a study on the copyright exceptions for the benefit of Educational activities for countries in the ASIA-PACIFIC including Thailand.
Thailand has an exception in its Copyright Act which operates in a somewhat similar fashion in that it exempts from copyright infringement, the making by a teacher or an educational institution of a reproduction or adaptation of part of a work or abridgement or a summary of a work, for distribution or sale to students in a class or in an educational institution, provided that the act is not for profit.
